Hourly wage of 21.50$/hr
Full-time position with guaranteed hours for job stability
12-hour rotating shifts (07:00a.m. to 07:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), every month

What you’ll do   As a Cascader, you’ll be at the heart of operations - right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:
Helping out on the production floor
Consistent training to run our new robotic machines
Constant team work and trouble shooting
Ensuring Quality in all products
Reporting Incidents in a timely manner
Communicating with team members and leaders to ensure product consistency
Working safely while meeting production
Your strengths as a Cascader   You are a natural fit for this role if:
You previously worked in a plant/manufacturing facility
Have 1 year of troubleshooting skills
A high school diploma
Okay with working in a non temperature controlled environment
Enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving
Job consistency
Enjoys working as a team
