Digital Press Operator - Evening Shift

As part of a position replacement, we are seeking a Digital Press Operator to join our team on the evening shift.

The selected candidate will be responsible for operating digital presses and ensuring the smooth execution of production work. An immediate start is preferred to allow adequate time for training and onboarding.
Tasks   Operate digital presses according to job specifications.
Perform machine setups and make the necessary equipment adjustments.
Ensure print quality and compliance with production standards.
Carry out required quality checks throughout the production process.
Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or irregularities.
Follow health and safety procedures as well as quality standards.
Perform any other related duties as required.
Advantages   Starting wage of $22.00 to $23.00/hour for candidates with little or no experience.
Up to $28.00/hour for a Senior Digital Press Operator, depending on skills and experience.
Stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment.
Start date as soon as possible to benefit from training, and no later than September 13.
Job requirements   

Experience with machine setups and equipment adjustments.

Experience with HP Indigo equipment is considered a major asset.
Ability to work independently.
Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
Team-oriented with a professional attitude.
Less experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply. Training may be provided to individuals who demonstrate strong potential and a genuine willingness to learn.
