As a member of the Production Readiness team your functions will allow for in depth insight and participation within the RTX program lifecycle management process (RLPM) spanning from early concept proposal phase through key milestones such as engine certification, entry into production and entry into service. Daily functions requires to liase and coordinate with key stakeholder PWC disciplines such as Engineering, Operations, Supply management, and Quality, to develop enterprise mitigation plans to address programmatic risks.

Through this experience you will have the ability to acquire cross functional skill sets through collaborative enterprise activities. Some of the daily functions include working in close collaboration with the PWC internal & external producers to help identify key operational challenges related to new designs and/or manufacturing technology that impede our ability to achieve program operational targets such as product cost,quality signature, and customer delivery performance.

Individuals will develop leadership capabilities through interactions with all levels of management and staff within programs and projects as well as other functional organizations. This experience with allow individuals to achieve enhanced visibility on program lifecycle challenges, develop a profound understanding of the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) methodology , develop risk management skills enabling career growth

The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • As an Industrialization Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring your assigned portfolio is ready for production — on time, on spec, and with zero disruption.
  • Lead industrialization projects across the product lifecycle (RLPM methodology) — from Conceptual Design Review (CDR) to Entry Into Service (EIS).
  • Identify and resolve production readiness risks that could impact program milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Sourcing & OPM) to align on readiness goals.
  • Facilitate critical reviews and events like Production Readiness Reviews (PR-L2), Kaizens, etc
  • Analyze and escalating key operational issues that could affect the supply chain quality and delivery performance.
  • Drive improvement initiatives such as CORE events (3P, Kaizen, VSM) to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) and Production Readiness (PR) criteria.
