Assemble Pratt & Whitney Canada engines in Longueuil using mechanical assembly skills and a focus on standards compliance. Work in a French-speaking environment.
This Assembler handles varied engine configurations for a global aerospace manufacturer. The work includes assembly, disassembly, installation, testing, equipment care, and knowledge sharing. Candidates need mechanical assembly training or equivalent, plus relevant aeronautics experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assemble and disassemble varied engine configurations
- Observe assembly progress and results for standards compliance
- Install and test limited engine configurations
- Maintain clean, functional equipment and workstations
- Participate in training and share equipment knowledge
- DEP in mechanical assembly or equivalent
- DEC in mechanical engineering
- Two to five years of aeronautics experience
- Basic English for specialized instructions and technical terms
- French-speaking work environment readiness
