Operate silk screen printing equipment for sheet metal parts, using precise registration and ink control in a regulated manufacturing environment.
This Industrial Silk Screen Printer sets up equipment, prepares screens and fixtures, and applies graphics, text, and functional coatings. The position supports ISO-certified quality systems and OEM specifications through controlled work instructions, inspection, and traceability. It also handles ITAR-controlled information where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate printing equipment for sheet metal components
- Prepare screens, inks, fixtures, and substrates per specifications
- Register screens for alignment, repeatability, and consistency
- Inspect adhesion, legibility, finish, and cosmetic quality
- Troubleshoot misalignment, ink inconsistency, and adhesion issues
- High school diploma or GED required
- Three to five years of similar experience required
- Industrial silk screen printing experience
- Ability to follow controlled instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
