Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) is seeking an Assembly Manager to own a value stream from planning through shipment in Chatsworth, CA. You will lead safety, quality, and delivery, driving continuous improvement across fabrication, machining, assembly and test.
Responsibilities include managing the production schedule, WIP, and cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Quality, EHS, and Maintenance, while building a disciplined daily management system and achieving on-time delivery.
