Process Operators, Gold Mining
We are currently seeking experienced Process Operators with a strong background in mineral processing operations within the mining industry.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have hands‑on operational experience in:
Grinding & Milling- SAG and ball mill operations
- Grinding circuits and classification systems
- Cyclones, pumps, and associated equipment
- Monitoring mill performance and troubleshooting
Flotation
- Flotation circuit operations
- Reagent preparation and dosing
- Monitoring recovery rates and process optimization
- Troubleshooting flotation equipment
Paste Plant Operations
- Paste backfill plant operations
- Tailings preparation and paste mixing
- Monitoring paste density, consistency, and flow
- Operation and troubleshooting of associated equipment
Dewatering
- Thickener and filtration operations
- Filter presses and associated equipment
- Slurry handling and pumping systems
- Monitoring and optimizing dewatering performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Process Operator in a mining or mineral processing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience operating, monitoring, and maintaining processing equipment.
- Knowledge of plant safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and operational best practices.
Compensation:$140,000 – $150,000; commensurate with experience
