In this regular role, you will be crucial in executing marketing strategies focused on innovation and renovation for Fresh Products. Collaborating with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Operations, you will ensure initiatives meet consumer demands while aligning with business objectives. Your leadership will drive the entire innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the Natrel portfolio strategy for long-term growth
• Identify and prioritize innovation and renovation opportunities
• Lead end-to-end innovation pipeline and business case development
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 7 years in consumer packaged goods or food industries
• Proven track record in innovation management
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Bilingual in French and English
