Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of foot health and risk

Requirements:

• Registration as a Practical Nurse in Ontario

• Advanced Foot Care certification required

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred

• Knowledgeable in chronic disease management

• Current CPR certification
