We’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team.
Your role will include developing care plans alongside patients and families, implementing effective nursing strategies, and advocating for patient rights. You will play a crucial role in ensuring patients are safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on care plans based on patient assessments
• Provide nursing care following established guidelines
• Assess treatment plans and initiate changes if necessary
• Advocate for patients and ensure their rights are upheld
• Educate fellow healthcare providers using your expertise
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Ontario
• At least one year of recent experience in community nursing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Information Technology
• Valid driver’s license and trusted vehicle required
