Tri-County Mennonite Homes in New Hamburg, Ontario is seeking a Casual Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide compassionate, resident‑centred care across our Long‑Term Care Home and Retirement Living communities. Current CNO registration and CPR certification are required; prior geriatric or LTC experience is an asset.
You will work collaboratively with physicians, Personal Support Workers and the interdisciplinary team.
