In this full-time, permanent position, you will work in the Integrated Nursing Unit, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, implementing care plans, and delivering health education to clients from various backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients
• Conduct assessments and devise personalized care strategies
• Implement health education programs for clients
• Maintain accurate records of patient observations

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent necessary
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certification (BLS-HCP)
