Enhance quality standards as a Quality Specialist in Longueuil, QC, on a contract basis. Your strategic approach will drive key improvements in supplier quality performance and mitigate OEM interventions.
This engaging 12-month contract position requires a robust background in quality management. You will analyze and address systemic issues impacting product quality while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders. Your leadership will guide suppliers in implementing effective corrective actions to eliminate defects and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and diagnose product quality issues
• Collaborate with suppliers to execute strategies
• Conduct thorough data analysis for continuous improvement
• Lead project phases from identification to resolution
• Organize process evaluations at supplier sites
Requirements:
• Technical degree with at least 10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years in quality roles
• Relevant fields: manufacturing, aerospace, engineering
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
• Familiar with SAP and quality improvement techniques
