Quality and Regulatory Affairs Specialist

In collaboration with the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager, this role is essential for maintaining high quality and safety standards. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the food sector and a relevant educational background are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include performing floor inspections, overseeing corrective actions, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections to meet company standards

• Document production issues and compliance status

• Assist in internal audits and regulatory inspections

• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation

• Support compliance with CFIA and Health Canada requirements

Requirements:

• College diploma or degree in a related field

• 1-3 years' experience in food safety or quality assurance

• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, or BRC standards

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
