Quality Assurance Engineer Quebec

Drive quality assurance standards at Allegion as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Longueuil, Quebec. This role focuses on implementing effective quality processes and fostering continuous improvement within manufacturing.

Reporting to the Production Director, the Quality Assurance Engineer will design and maintain processes to ensure product quality aligns with regulatory and safety requirements. Your work will involve the application of lean methodologies and collaboration across teams to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quality documents, including manuals and procedures

• Conduct supplier evaluations for material quality

• Implement process controls and plan quality assessments

• Participate in capital equipment project management

• Analyze the impact of engineering changes on manufacturing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 3-5 years of quality engineering experience

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards

• Strong analytical and math skills

• Proficient in English and French Canadian
