Night Quality Assurance Supervisor - Coke

Coke Canada Bottling seeks a Night Quality Assurance Supervisor in North York, ON. Lead quality assurance while promoting safety and efficiency in a diverse environment.

In this full-time role, you will supervise and coordinate quality assurance activities at our Bottling Production Facility. Key skills include managing production activities, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. You will foster a collaborative and safe workspace while working closely with a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff, train, and evaluate quality assurance team members

• Manage daily production activities in a unionized setting

• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and trends

• Oversee sanitation associates and the sanitation program

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field

• 2+ years leadership experience preferred

• Experience in ISO/Food Safety environments

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
