Position: Global EHS Manager at Top Aces
Become the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at Top Aces in Canada, overseeing global EHS frameworks in remote operations. Drive policy development, compliance, and safety across regions.

In this full-time role, you'll manage EHS governance and policy alignment for international aviation operations. Strong candidates will bring over ten years of EHS experience, particularly in aviation or operational environments. The successful applicant will ensure adherence to corporate safety objectives across multiple sites while coordinating with Regional EHS teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a standardized global EHS framework

• Monitor regional compliance and performance trends

• Provide oversight for EHS incident reporting and investigations

• Support EHS audits and inspections preparedness

• Promote a safety-focused culture across all regions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

• Minimum 10 years of progressive EHS experience

• Familiar with ISO 45001/14001 standards

• Strong knowledge of risk management and audits

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
