Part-Time Dedicated Field Merchandiser - Montreal South Shore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive in-store sales through product knowledge, staff training, and consumer engagement
• Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador

• Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns

• Ensure floor displays, planograms, and POP materials are installed accurately and on time
• Confirm product availability and presentation align with brand standards
• Report issues or opportunities related to merchandising, stock levels, or in-store execution
• Build strong relationships with store staff and management
• Provide regular product knowledge sessions and updates on promotions or launches
• Communicate effectively with both SPAR and retail teams to align goals and ensure a consistent brand presence
• Track and report on performance metrics and store visits
• Submit accurate and timely reports, photos, and insights via SPAR’s reporting tools
• Monitor progress against KPIs and make recommendations for continuous improvement

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
:

• 1–3 years of experience in retail merchandising, field sales, or vendor representation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required)
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
