At RONA, we are seeking an individual with three years of retail leadership experience to step into the role of Assistant Store Manager. You will oversee diverse departments, including Lawn and Garden and Electrical, while developing your team and building strong customer relationships. Effective communication is key as you help identify service barriers and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and train a team of retail associates
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales across departments
• Coordinate installation and professional services for sales
• Generate and pursue qualified leads through associates
• Develop robust professional relationships with team and customers
Requirements:
• Three years of retail leadership experience
• One year of managerial duty experience
• Knowledge of various product categories
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
