Lead the overnight stocking teams at Walmart in Longueuil, QC as a Team Lead. This role focuses on operational execution and effective communication to enhance team performance.
As a Team Lead, you will assist in directing overnight stocking processes, ensuring timely task completion according to priorities set by the General Merchandise Coach. You will communicate with team members, lead daily huddles, and assess store department presentation to address deficiencies. The position requires a commitment to training associates and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate task completion based on communicated priorities
• Assess and improve store department presentations
• Lead daily Team Huddles for updates and goal setting
• Secure high-ticket merchandise and conduct safety audits
• Partner with management for associate performance discussions
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in team leadership and retail operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety and training
• Ability to assist with recruiting new associates
