As an Alterations Specialist at David’s Bridal, you play a pivotal role in transforming the customer experience. This position requires friendly engagement, technical sewing skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. You will ensure the utmost quality in every garment, contributing to the store's stellar reputation for customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete fittings and alterations to high standards
• Welcome customers with enthusiasm, both virtually and in-person
• Proactively address customer concerns with confidence
• Maintain pristine quality control of all garments
• Assist stylists in gown fit consultations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel
• Proven sewing experience in bridal or special occasions
• Familiarity with computerized POS systems is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
