Join Part Source as an Automotive Parts Team Lead and leverage your knowledge to optimize sales and offer unmatched customer service. You'll lead and inspire a dedicated team in automotive sales.
As the Automotive Parts Team Lead, you'll assume keyholder responsibilities and oversee daily operations in the absence of management.
Your role will also include driving sales through effective communication and coaching of new staff to maintain high standards of store presentation and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify parts using efficient look-up tools
• Communicate effectively with customers about products
• Provide constructive feedback to management
• Support compliance with company standards
• Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in retail supervision
• Strong customer service dedication
• Proficient in retail computer systems
• Must lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License is an asset
