The Senior Key Account Manager will deliver on business objectives including GSV, NSV, and Gross Margin. With a minimum of 4 years in Account Management within a top CPG company, you'll influence stakeholders while managing customer relationships and operational execution. Possessing a BA/BS is a must, and an MBA is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve profitable sales and share growth in line with objectives
• Execute merchandising and assortment optimization strategies
• Serve as primary contact on customer operational matters
• Develop relationships across customer levels and functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for execution plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum 4 years of Account Management experience
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Understanding of CAS forecasting and trade management
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
Excel in driving business metrics while fostering relationships with key accounts at Mars Petcare Canada.
