This role is key in maintaining a secure environment, requiring strong communication abilities and a valid BC Security Guard License with handcuff endorsement. Reporting to the Manager, you will apply your recent experience and security training to effectively manage and oversee security responsibilities, making sure the hospital operates smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce security policies consistently
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Organize and manage security protocols
• Operate related security equipment safely
• Uphold compliance with safety standards
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Security Training
• Minimum one year equivalent experience
• Valid BC Security Guard License is mandatory
• Capable of performing physical duties
