Crisis Response Specialist On-Call Position

Join Hagerty Consulting as an on-call Emergency Management Specialist to support crisis situations nationwide. Candidates must be able to deploy within 24 to 72 hours and commit to at least 30 days on-site.

This role requires professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions during emergencies, involving collaboration with various agencies for effective incident management. A background in emergency management, alongside a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience, is essential. Specialists will coordinate incident objectives, research complex topics, and maintain focus under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be on-call for travel and emergencies within a short notice

• Understand and apply emergency management coordination strategies

• Provide analytical summaries for client leadership

• Conduct research and present findings clearly

• Coordinate with diverse agencies and stakeholders for incident objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of professional emergency management experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts per operational needs

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

• NIMS ICS training or equivalent credentials essential
