Santé Québec Montérégie-Est recherche un technicien en travail social au soutien à domicile (SAD) pour le CLSC Longueuil-Ouest. Remplacement à temps plein de jour, dans un établissement du centre intégré de santé et des services sociaux de la Montérégie.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et vivrez dans votre communauté tout en assumant des responsabilités cliniques et de coordination afin d’améliorer l’accès et la continuité des services offerts à la population locale.
