Position: Vanier's Client Engagement Coordinator Role
Support parent advocacy and engagement as the Client Engagement Coordinator with Vanier's HOPE program. Bring your experience with mental health challenges to empower others.

This part-time contract role focuses on providing peer support and engaging families facing the complexities of the children's mental health system in Ontario. Ideal candidates will have experience in social services, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to community engagement. Your involvement will enhance the overall effectiveness of mental health services for families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer resources and advocacy support to parents

• Facilitate peer support groups and individual sessions

• Collaborate with local parent organizations

• Analyze client feedback for service improvement

• Create reports and presentations for Vanier's leadership

Requirements:

• Preferred post-secondary education in social services or a related discipline

• Two years of relevant experience in community support

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingual abilities in French are an asset
