Karis Disability Services is offering two casual positions for Direct Support Professionals. You will work directly with clients, assisting them in their daily activities and promoting their community engagement. The role requires flexibility with shifts spanning days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with their daily life needs
• Encourage community involvement and relationships
• Adapt to various shifts, including weekends
• Work closely with colleagues for client support
• Uphold the dignity and respect of every individual
Requirements:
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Reliable transportation for job-related travel
• Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
• Preferred 3-6 months of relevant experience
• Post-secondary education in a related area is beneficial
