We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to launch the company’s first mobile platform – a plug‑and‑play SDK for iOS and Android that serves as an autonomous navigation and monetisation layer within partner applications. You will define architecture, developer experience, and technical direction from version1 to scale, with full ownership of the platform’s evolution.
Key responsibilities- Architect and deliver the company’s first mobile SDKs for iOS and Android
- Own key technical decisions (languages, frameworks, SDK structure, tooling)
- Design reliable outbound navigation interception mechanisms (Web Views, native links, deep links)
- Develop context capture systems (structured inputs + JS native bridges)
- Deliver lightweight native UI surfaces (bottom sheets, cards, overlays)
- Design privacy‑respecting analytics and attribution mechanisms
- Ensure compatibility with React Native via native modules and bridges
- Define SDK ergonomics: minimal integration, robust defaults, partner‑friendly debugging tools
- Collaborate with the backend team on APIs, deployments, and operational strategy
- Act as the mobile technical lead as the team and platform evolve
- Good command of English for day‑to‑day communication with international clients and colleagues
- Solid experience designing and delivering mobile platforms, SDKs, or shared libraries
- Strong understanding of mobile navigation life cycles, Web Views, and JS native communication
- Experience in both iOS and Android ecosystems (exact stack flexible)
- Comfortable with API and system design used by external partners
- Product‑minded, autonomous, and decisive; able to ship a v1 quickly and iterate
- Experience in monetisation, affiliate tracking, or attribution SDKs (asset)
- Experience with deep‑linking providers (Branch, Apps Flyer, Adjust) (asset)
- Experience in travel, ticketing, or commerce applications (asset)
- Experience designing autonomous or “silent” SDK behaviours within host applications (asset)
