Logistics Coordinator

Mission

Our client, a well‑established player in its industry, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the growth of its activities.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating goods flows and transportation activities. Acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, you will help ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with performance objectives.

• Coordinate local and international shipments with carriers and suppliers.
• Plan and organize goods movements (receiving, warehousing, shipping).
• Monitor deliveries and ensure on‑time performance.
• Prepare and validate logistics documentation (transport, customs, export, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational requirements.
• Support inventory management and warehouse flow optimization.
• Identify operational issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and tools.

• Education in logistics, transportation, operations management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or supply chain roles.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (ERP experience is an asset).
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
