As a Shipping Supervisor reporting to the Distribution Center Manager, you’ll foster teamwork and ensure adherence to shipping guidelines. This hands-on leadership role requires you to organize pre-shift meetings, coordinate schedules, and manage staff from various departments, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the shipping team with clear communication
• Organize shift meetings to promote continuous improvement
• Coordinate schedules and monitor shipping operations
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Train team leaders and monitor performance
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of front-line leadership experience
• Forklift license/certification is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
• Bilingual abilities preferred
