Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate (Unloading) to support warehouse receiving operations in Longueuil, QC. This role is responsible for unloading inbound shipments, verifying materials, documenting discrepancies, and supporting inventory processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome carriers and assist with inbound receiving activities at the warehouse dock

Unload inbound shipments, including parcel deliveries and light pallets using pallet jacks

Sort incoming materials and prepare receiving documentation

Verify packing list quantities and identify discrepancies or damaged materials

Document and communicate receiving issues to the Receiving Supervisor, including photo documentation when required

Support inventory labeling and material put-away activities during periods of high receiving volume

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Follow warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred

Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret packing lists, purchase orders, quantities, and tracking information

Ability to lift boxes up to 30 lbs

French fluency is required

English speaking and writing skills are considered an asset

Monday to Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
