Warehouse Supervisor at ABB

Lead the warehouse operations team at ABB and drive efficiency in daily tasks. Ensure inventory accuracy and optimize material flow while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and requires a leader in warehouse or logistics operations. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, developing standardized work instructions, and maintaining equipment. You will facilitate continuous improvement in operational performance, quality, and health & safety standards while empowering your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving and shipping

• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counts

• Optimize warehouse space and material flow

• Develop standardized work instructions for operations

• Lead and support the team in health & safety compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse operations with leadership roles

• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes

• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
