Warehouse Supervisor night shift

Agropur is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Night Shift to join its team in St-Hubert.

Work Schedule:

Sunday to Friday, from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Salary scale 004: $73,000 to $91,200 (base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the role)
Responsibilities   Ensure a safe work environment at all times by enforcing Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Ensure compliance with quality, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Lead daily operations to effectively achieve production targets.
Develop team performance through coaching, guidance, and support.
Manage all center activities, including hiring, training, maintenance, and committee participation.
Ensure the rigorous application of the collective bargaining agreement.
Engage and motivate teams by leading dynamic and well-structured start-of-shift meetings.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (DEC) in Operations Management, Logistics, or another related field.
3 to 5 years of experience supervising warehouse operations in the food or pharmaceutical industries.
Experience working in a unionized environment.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset.
