Enhance warehouse management as a Night Shift Supervisor at Agropur in St-Hubert. This role emphasizes productivity, safety compliance, and team leadership to achieve operational excellence.
Agropur is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead night operations from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. You will coordinate receiving, warehousing, and order assembly, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Your role will include developing team performance through regular coaching and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise all warehouse operations at night
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols
• Lead team meetings to enhance motivation
• Manage recruitment, training, and maintenance activities
• Identify and enact opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
• Degree or DEC in Operations Management or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouses
• Knowledge of the food or pharmaceutical sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP preferred
• French language proficiency for Quebec
