A Bit About Us
Based in Southwest US, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager for our Building Materials division in the Manufacturing industry. This is an outside sales role with 50% travel to meet with dealers.
This role is critical to our company's success and is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, leadership, and the building materials industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading our sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with our clients and partners.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of building materials, including shutters and doors. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry professionals, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Provide ongoing training and support to your sales team to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the building materials or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the building materials industry, including shutters and doors.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required, 50% of travel
