Looking to relocate to beautiful East TX – Join a leading OCTG supplier as a Plant Manager—relocation assistance provided!

• Oversee all plant operations for steel OCTG casing (API 5CT Q1), including heat treatment, NDT inspection, and end‑finishing
• Lead and develop a team of 65–85 employees, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality
• Manage P&L, budgets, and CAPEX projects; report to multi‑facility leadership
• Provide hands‑on leadership with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
• Maintain direct engagement on the plant floor—troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and reinforce a culture of accountability

• 10+ years of plant or industrial operations experience, preferably with steel, tubular goods, or related manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical systems knowledge
• Experience in budgeting, P&L, and CAPEX project management
• Hands‑on leadership style with presence on the floor
• Commitment to permanent relocation and integrating into the local community
• Strong organizational skills, process improvement mindset, and dedication to a “hometown, family‑” culture

• Lead a core OCTG operation on a large, 42‑acre site with visible impact
