• Prepares accurate shipping reports for Accounting on a daily basis.
• Looks up freight costs on e-shipping for each order.
• Performs heavy data entry daily.
• Ensures accuracy of data is maintained.

• Sorts and files documents accurately.
• Establishes and follows processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork according to shipping requirements.

• Performs multiple functions simultaneously, including dock work, if needed.
• Completes job duties in a timely manner.

High School diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
• Exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
• Function effectively within a team environment.
• Perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
• Requires periodic visits to manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
