At Hospitality Health ER (HHER), we believe exceptional healthcare extends beyond the walls of our emergency rooms. It includes the relationships we build, the trust we earn, and the way we advocate for patients, employers, and the communities we serve.
We're seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Employer & Payor Relations to help bridge the gap between emergency healthcare, employer-sponsored benefits, and insurance networks.
This is not a traditional marketing position.
It's an opportunity for a strategic relationship builder who understands the complexities of healthcare reimbursement, thrives in challenging conversations, and knows how to transform obstacles into opportunities.
The right person will combine executive-level communication skills, healthcare financial literacy, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate an increasingly complicated healthcare system.

You’ll work closely with leadership to strengthen existing relationships, resolve complex billing concerns, communicate the value of our emergency care model, and advance meaningful conversations about insurance network accessibility.
Beyond resolving immediate concerns, you’ll help build a collaborative network of employers, benefits professionals, and community stakeholders who recognize the value of accessible, efficient emergency healthcare.
Your mission:

- Develop relationships with self-funded employers, benefits consultants, brokers, and plan administrators to advocate for improved access to HHER's emergency services.

- Support employer-led requests for network expansion and facilitate conversations with insurance carriers and TPAs.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives designed to expand in-network accessibility and reduce unnecessary barriers for patients.
- Help cultivate a coalition of employers and benefits stakeholders committed to improving healthcare access in their communities.
- Partner with revenue cycle and billing leadership to investigate escalated employer and patient concerns.
