We are looking for an energetic,
reliable, and caring Floater to join our team! This role supports multiple classrooms and helps maintain a safe, positive learning environment for our students.
- Dependable and flexible team player
- Positive attitude and love for working with children
- Ability to work well with staff and students of different age groups
- Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities
- Supervise and engage with children during learning and play
- Help maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Step into different classrooms as needed to provide support
- Ensure children's safety and follow center policies
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a state and federal background check
- A year of previous teaching assistant experience preferred
- High-energy with a love of working with children
- Organized and detail-oriented
