Chief of Cardiology

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a dynamic Non-Invasive or Interventional Cardiologist to serve as the Chief of Cardiology in Northeast Texas. This role combines an active clinical practice with executive leadership to expand advanced cardiac services and drive strategic growth across the region. The ideal candidate will partner with health system leaders to recruit top talent, improve clinical outcomes, and shape premier cardiovascular programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and growth of a comprehensive cardiovascular service line
• Influence regional strategy, quality, and innovation
• Maintain a clinical practice while serving in a significant leadership role
• Mentor and develop the next generation of cardiovascular specialists
• Build a legacy within one of the nation's largest faith-based health systems
• Partner with physicians and health system leaders to expand advanced cardiac services, recruit top talent, improve outcomes, and drive strategic growth throughout the region

Qualifications

• Board Certified Non-Invasive or Interventional Cardiologist
• Proven physician leadership experience
• Texas license or eligibility for Texas licensure
