SCHEDULE: LeTourneau University invites applicants for a full-time, tenure-track faculty of accounting position beginning Summer or Fall of 2026.

Successful candidates will demonstrate subject matter expertise in accounting and related business disciplines. The candidate will be expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels in both online and in-person modalities. Candidates should show evidence of teaching excellence, engage students through active and collaborative learning, use instructional technology, communicate effectively, and have scholarship potential. LeTourneau seeks candidates eager to collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to expand an innovative, regionally engaged business program.

• An enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith and commitment to Christian higher education that integrates faith and learning
• Authentic support and enthusiasm for the university’s statement of faith and community covenant
• Earned Ph.D. or DBA in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred. Candidates who have completed significant coursework toward a doctorate will also be considered.
• Success in university-level teaching and scholarship
• Lead students in hands‑on learning with emphasis on latest innovations and technologies impacting the field academically and in industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; team‑oriented approach; willingness to contribute to all programs within the School of Business.
