The role oversees adverse event reporting, RCAs, and risk-based improvements across the organization. It reports to Quality leadership and the System Director for Clinical Risk Management.
The position requires RN or clinical degree, plus experience in risk or patient safety. Typical schedule is 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with full-time commitment at the hospital.
