In the pivotal role of Full-Time Human Resources Specialist at DATCS, LLC, you will collaborate closely with managers across four offices to maintain adequate staffing levels. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that managers effectively complete annual performance reviews for their employees, fostering a culture of accountability and development. Additionally, you will be responsible for correcting time punches to ensure accurate payroll processing, demonstrating your commitment to accuracy and dependability.
