• Manager full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs
• Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, social media, and events
• Manage candidate communication & ensure a fantastic candidate experience
• Build pipelines for future hiring needs

• Minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced HR environment
• Excellent communication skills through all venues including online, written, telephone, and in-person
• Strong sourcing skills
• Experience utilizing ATS platforms
• Technical recruiting experience is a plus
