Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team in Longview, TX. The paralegal will handle a variety of legal tasks including document preparation, legal research, case management, and client communication. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, reviewing case files, conducting legal research, and maintaining effective and professional communication with clients and legal team members. This is an on-site position requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, including proficiency in legal document preparation and legal research.
  • Experience with document review and thorough attention to detail in managing case files.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with legal software and case management tools is a plus.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in personal injury law is advantageous.
