Position Summary:

What you’ll do:

As a Realty Project Coach, you’ll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they’re done on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. In this role you’ll supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep everything on track. You’ll also embrace the travel that comes with the job—frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home, with 80% of the time away and 17‑21 days at a time.

Shift
:
Primarily working overnight; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.
Travel
:
Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home. Expect to be away 80% of the time, or for 17‑21 days at a time. Travel areas are based on project workload and may change. Mileage reimbursed; overnight stays paid for Realty Project Coach roles. Travel time not paid.

Salary

$60,000 – $110,000 per year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • Associates required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification (Project Management Institute).

  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring belonging awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilize and support the Open‑Door Policy; and provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices; monitor progress and results; recognise and capitalize on improvement opportunities; adapt to competing demands, organisational changes, and new responsibilities.
