This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Jaggers located in Longview, TX. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff scheduling, handling inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen and dining area. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be involved in training new employees, overseeing cash management, and driving sales through promotions and community engagement.

• Experience in restaurant management, customer service, and staff supervision
• Strong organizational skills, inventory management, and scheduling experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and multitasking skills
• Basic financial acumen including cash management and sales tracking
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
