Genpak is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a 24/7 manufacturing shift in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise a team of up to 30 associates across Packaging, Operating and Material Handling, ensuring safety, cost control, timeliness and product quality.
You will train staff, plan daily operations, monitor performance data, drive continuous improvement, and ensure GMP/SQF compliance while fostering a collaborative, open-door culture.
