• Create and edit visual assets for social, blogs, presentations, marketing emails, event-related materials and other.
• Capture and organize internal culture and office event content for marketing channels.
• Support planning and preparation for trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and webinars.
• Maintain marketing inventory and coordinate packing, shipping, and receipts for event materials.
• Assist with event logistics including vendor coordination, supplies, and environment setup.
• Prepare event kits, reference materials, and post-event organization.
• Assist with social media engagement to help grow reach and visibility.
• Help monitor and maintain review/testimonial tracking, customer forums, and other community engagement tools.
Support general front desk organization and hospitality.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong written, verbal, and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent organization
